摘要
研究了贮藏温度、丙烯和 1 MCP (1-甲基环丙烯 )处理对帕斯—卡桑 (Passe -Crassane)西洋梨果实成熟的影响。结果表明 :低温可促进果实的乙烯合成 ,未经低温处理的果实 ,用丙烯处理 ,不能正常合成乙烯。丙烯促进乙烯合成的效应随冷藏时间延长而增强。1 MCP处理可抑制冷藏果实的乙烯合成。定量PCR分析结果表明 ,果实中乙烯受体ETR1同源基因的表达不受低温的调节 ;但冷藏后升温或升温后用丙烯处理时 。
Passe Crassane pear( Pyrus communis L.)was used to investigate the effects of temperature,propylene(an analogue of ethylene)and 1 MCP(an inhibitor of ethylene action)on ethylene biosynthesis and expression of ethylene receptor homolog gene ETR1 during fruit ripening.It was found that ethylene production was induced by cold storage,and remained low in unchilled fruits held in air or in propylene at 20℃.Along with an increase in the number of days of cold treatment,ethylene production increased in the fruit treated by propylene.Treatment with 1 MCP prior to cold storage blocked irreversibly the increase in ethylene concentration during cold storage and after rewar ming. Quantitative PCR analysis of total cDNA indicated that expression of ETR1 homologous gene was not modified during cold storage.However,the level of ETR1 like mRNA was lowered when the fruits rewarmed or treated by propylene in rewarmed fruits after cold storage.
