摘要
研究了不同浓度钙处理对冷藏条件下中华寿桃生理特性的影响。结果表明:中华寿桃冷藏35天,已表现出明显的冷害症状,失去软化能力,CaC l2处理对冷藏果实的硬度无影响;而采用CaC l2处理后的中华寿桃果实相对膜透性产生一定影响;在整个冷藏过程中,3%CaC l2处理对冷藏果实的乙烯释放量和呼吸强度有抑制作用。
The influence of different Ca concentrations on the physiological characteristics of peach fruit(cv.Zhonghuashoutao) was studied during cold storage.The results showed that after 35-day cold storage,the peach exhibited obvious chilling injury symptoms and lost softening capacity.The treatment of CaCl2 had no effect on fruit hardness but influenced the relative membrane penetration.3% CaCl2 treatment inhibited the ethylene release and the respiratory intensity during cold storage.
