摘要
综述了番茄在低温下贮藏时冷害发生的机理,并重点介绍了抑制番茄冷害的几种措施,最后提出了一些减缓和控制低温冷害的研究方向。
The mechanism of chilling injury of tomato fruit during low temperature storage was summarized in this paper,and the approaches to inhibit the chilling injury of tomato fruit were emphatically concluded.Finally,the direction of further researches on mitigating and controlling the chilling injury of tomato fruit at low temperature was discussed.
