摘要
试验旨在研究中链甘油三酯(MCT)对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验采用单因子区组设计,选取100头日龄相近的杜洛克×长白×大白三元杂交断奶仔猪,按体重、性别和窝源均衡原则,随机分成2组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲料,试验组在基础饲料基础上添加5 kg/t中链甘油三酯(MCT,商品名为优速能)。试验从仔猪断奶当天开始,为期16 d。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组仔猪增重显著提高(P<0.05),仔猪成活率和采食量有所升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组仔猪腹泻率与腹泻指数均低于对照组。结果提示,断奶仔猪饲料中添加5 kg/t的MCT,可提高仔猪日增重,减少仔猪腹泻,提高仔猪免疫能力。
The effect on growth performance of piglets was studied in weaned piglets fed diets with me- dium chain triglyceride （MCT）.According to a single factorial arrangement, a total of 100 weaned pig- lets （Duroc× Landrace × Yorkshire） were assigned to two groups with 5 replicates in each group and 10 piglets in each replicate. Control group was fed the basic diet, while the experiment group was fed the basic diets supplemented with 5 kg/t MCT. The experiment lasted for 16 d. Results showed that piglets fed diet supplemented with 5 kg/t MCT had higher weight gain（P〈0.05）, food intake and sur- vival rate, but tie late two indexes had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. These results suggest that the effects of MCT on growth performance of piglets are better that those of control group.
