摘要
综述了中链脂肪酸甘油三酯（ＭＣＴ）的开发历史、制备、物化性质及其来源。ＭＣＴ能抑制肥胖和控制组织中的胆甾醇沉积物，还能降低血清胆甾醇。ＭＣＴ作为快能量与高能量的来源无疑是长链脂肪酸甘油酯（ＬＣＴ）的代替物，同时阐述了它在医学、营养及化妆品中的应用进展。
This paper is discussed on explotation bistory、produce、physilal-chemistry properties,and their source of the medium chain length fatty acid triglyceride (MCT).MCT can restrain corpulece and control cholesterol sediment in tissue reduce cholesterol of serum.MCT as source of quiek-enrgy and high-e is a replacecd meteriel of the long chain fatty acid trilyceride(LCT),and their in medium,nutritional and food.detergent and cosmetics applications.
