摘要
目的 探讨心内科五类抗高血压药物（利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、AT1受体阻滞剂）的临床应用情况,分析各自的使用特点,以期为临床合理应用抗高血压药物提供参考.方法 将泊头市中医院与泊镇卫生院2012年1 ～5月收治的149例口服抗高血压药物的患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析该患者的临床用药情况;并将药物利用指数（DUI）、用药频度（DDDs）作为指标来对药物的使用情况及使用的合理性进行评价,以DUI＜1为合理用药.结果 口服抗高血压药物的使用次数最多的前三位为利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂及钙离子拮抗剂,而DDDs最高的当属美托洛尔,接着是硝苯地平缓释片与呋塞咪.此外,在DUI方面,除了氨氯地平片与氢氯噻嗪片高于1,其余都在1以下.结论 合理应用抗高血压药物,是可能延长心内科患者生存质量的保障,为此应深入研究与探讨抗高血压的用药方案.
Objective To discuss the clinical application of five antihypertensive drugs（diuretics,β-blockers,calcium antagonists,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,AT1 receptor blockers）in cardiology,analyze their usage characteristics,in order to provide a reference for the rational clinical use of anti-hypertensive drugs.Methods Botou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Botou City Bozhen Health Center admitted 149 patients during Jan.2012-May 2012 who took oral antihypertensive drugs were included as research objects,and retrospective analysis on the clinical data of the medication was done;DUI and DDDs were used as indicators to assess the use and rationality of the medication.Results Top three of the most frequently used oral anti-hypertensive drugs were diuretics,β-blockers and calcium antagonists,and undoubtedly the highest DDDs was metoprolol,followed by nifedipine and furosemide.In addition,as for DUI,except that amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide tablets were higher than 1,the rest were all below 1.Conclusion Rational application of the antihypertensive drugs is the guarantee for the possible improvement of the survival quality of cardiology patients,therefore deeper research and exploration on the antihypertensive regimen should be done.
