介绍了呋喃树脂砂球铁件表层球化不良的原因和防止方法.通过降低再生砂灼烧减量(<2%)、降低浇铸温度(1 350 ℃以下)以及增加残余Mg质量分数(0.04%~0.06%),将球化衰退层控制在1 mm以下.
The reason and prevention mehtod of the abnormal spheroidization occuring in the surface layer of nodular iron castings produced with furan resin sand mould was introduced.The thickness of decaying spheroidisation layer was controlled below 1 mm when the loss on ignition (LOI) of reclaimed sand less than 2% and pouring temperature below 1 350 ℃ and the residual Mg content 0.04 - 0.06%.
