摘要
通过解剖断口、金相和能谱等手段检测得出"气渣隔"缺陷的性质特征,并探索提出了这类缺陷的形成机理。分析表明,铸造工艺设计不当与形成"气渣隔"缺陷有最直接的关系,这对预防和解决这类缺陷具有重要意义。
By means of observing fracture,metallography and energy spectrum etc,the characteristics of the casting defect"gas dross gap"is obtained, and the formation mechanism of such defects is explored.Analysis showed that the poor design of the casting technique and the formation of the "gas dross gap"defects have the most direct relationship,which is important to prevent and resolve such defects.
