摘要
介绍了树脂砂铸造工艺及其优缺点,分析了该类铸造车间的熔化工部、造型工部、制芯工部、砂处理工部、清理工部在通风除尘方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进措施:厂房应位于最小频率风向的上风侧,厂房主要朝南北向;铸造车间除设有局部通风装置外,还要利用天窗排风或设置屋顶通风器;使固定作业工位处于车间内通风良好和空气相对洁净的地方;采用轻质材料或实体墙等设施,使砂处理、清理等工位区和车间其它部分隔开;炉料准备的秤量、送料及加料尽量采用机械化装置;散粒状的干物料最好采取密闭化、管道化、机械化和自动化输送;大量的粉状辅料宜采用密闭性较好的集装箱(袋)或料罐车输送;采用带称量装置的密闭混砂机。
The resin sand casting process,its advantages and disadvantages were introduced. The problems with ventilation and dust catching existing in the melting section,molding section,core-making section,sand treating section and cleaning section of were analyzed,and relevant improving measures were proposed:the workshop should be placed on the windward side of the wind direction having the most low occurring frequency;the workshop should be south-north towards;the foundry shop should have not only local aerator,and should also have shop-top windows or shop-top ventilator to ventilate;the fixed operation position should be in the area where the ventilation is good and the air is relatively clean;use light material or solid walls to separate the sand treating section and cleaning section from other sections;use as possible mechanical equipments to conduct melting charge weighing,transporting and charging;use as possible sealed tube-type mechanical and automatic equipments to transport the dry loose particle-type materials ;large amount of powder-shaped auxiliary materials should be transported with container or bag, or tank car having good sealing property;use sand mixer having weighing apparatus.
