摘要
目的探讨中式特色餐具的设计思路与方法。方法使用调查法对各地不同特色餐馆进行调查,结合文献分析法对中国传统饮食文化进行分析,探讨饮食文化和餐具设计相辅相成的内在联系。结论认识到现代中式特色餐具设计中存在的亟待解决的问题,得出应基于中国饮食文化的"精美意识"、"情礼观念"、"食养观念"、"五味调和"进行中式特色餐具开发设计的结论。
Objective It studied the design ideas and methods of Chinese characteristic tableware. Methods It used the investigation method investigate characteristic restaurant in different areas, combined with the literature analysis method, analyzed the complementary internal relationship between diet culture and tableware design. Conclusion It recognized the problems of modem Chinese characteristic tableware design that were urgently needing to be solved, then came to a conclusion that the Chinese style tableware design should be based on "fine consciousness", "emotion and etiquette conception", " health food conception" and "tasty mixed theory".
