麦考酚钠肠溶片与吗替麦考酚酯对肾移植受者骨髓抑制作用的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察肾移植受者应用麦考酚钠肠溶片(EC-MPS)和吗替麦考酚酯(MMF)后的骨髓抑制作用。方法自2008年1月至2012年12月底,102例肾移植受者用随机数法分配入组,EC-MPS组和MMF组各51例,两组受者的免疫抑制方案为环孢素A+EC-MPS(或MMF)+泼尼松,观察两组受者治疗后骨髓抑制情况,并进行疗效评定。结果EC_MPS组受者血红蛋白的抑制作用强于MMF组(P=0.0454),MMF组受者血小板抑制作用强于EC-MPS组(P=0.0016),EC-MPSN和MMF组受者白细胞的抑制作用的差异无统计学意义(P=0.1674)。结论EC-MPS和MMF在肾移植受者骨髓抑制方面的影响有一定差异,应结合患者具体情况进行选择。 Objective To observe the bone marrow suppression of kidney transplant recipients after using mycophenolate sodium enteric-coated tablets (EC-MPS) versus mycophenolate mofetil (MMF). Method From January 2008 to the end of December 2012, 102 cases of kidney transplant recipients were assigned into groups by random number method. Both of EC-MPS and MMF groups had 51 cases, and the immunosuppressive regimen was composed of cyclosporine A + EC-MPS (or MMF) + prednisone. The bone marrow suppression after application of two therapeutic regimens was observed, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Result EC-MPS group recipients had stronger hemoglobin inhibition than MMF group (P = 0. 045 4). The platelet functions in MMF group were inhibited more significantly than EC-MPS group (P = 0. 001 6), There was no statistically significant difference between EC-MPS and MMF group in leukocyte inhibition (P = 0. 167 4). Conclusion EC-MPS and MMF have some differences in bone marrow suppression of kidney transplant recipients, and for some patients the particular case should be concerned before making a choice.
