摘要
喹啉季铵盐和曼尼希碱季铵盐复配物作为缓蚀剂母体,通过复配增效剂,制备出了耐高温酸化缓性剂GC-203L。通过测定不同温度、不同加量以及不同酸液类型及酸液浓度下GC-203L的动态腐蚀速率,对其缓蚀性能进行了评价,并对其缓蚀机理进行了探讨。GC-203L在20%盐酸、土酸中,150℃下钢片的动态腐蚀速率分别为3.2g/(m2·h)、45.3 g/(m2·h),耐温可达180℃,具有良好的缓性性能。
High-temperature resistant corrosion inhibitor GC-203L is composed of mostly quinoline quaternary ammonium salt and mannich quaternary ammonium salt,in which compound synergist also is an important ingredient.Corrosion inhibiting performance and inhibition mechanism are evaluated and studied by testing the dynamic corrosion rate of GC-203L at different temperature,different amount,different acid type and concentration.The dynamic corrosion rates of steel are 3.2 g /(m2·h) in 20%(wt) hydrochloric acid and 45.3g/(m2·h) in mud acid at150 ℃ by adding GC-203L.The results suggest that GC-203L have good corrosion inhibiting performance and the temperature tolerance is as high as 180 ℃.
