摘要
本文综述了高温压裂液和高温缓蚀剂的发展情况,总结了不同种类的耐温稠化剂,包括聚合物型、油基型、泡沫型和胍胶型,分析了高温交联剂可显著提升压裂液体系的黏度,增强压裂液体系的耐温耐剪切性能,其中Zr4+类交联剂在高温下具有良好的使用效果,探讨了尼希碱型、咪唑啉型、炔醇型、吡啶季铵盐型和喹啉季铵盐型等高温缓蚀剂的开发历程,指出了未来应大力研发耐温180℃以上的酸化用缓蚀剂和耐温200℃以上的高温压裂液体系。
In this paper,the development of high-temperature fracturing fluids and high-temperature corrosion inhibitor is reviewed,different kinds of temperature-resistant thickeners,including polymer type,oil-based type,foam type and guanidine gum type,analyze that high-temperature crosslinker can significantly improve the viscosity of fracturing fluid system,enhance the temperature and shear resistance of fracturing fluid system,among which zirconium ionic crosslinker has a good use effect at high temperature,and discuss the development process of hightemperature corrosion inhibitors such as nischickine type,imidazoline type,alkynol type,pyridine quaternary ammonium salt type and quinoline quaternary ammonium salt type.It is pointed out that in the future,vigorous research and development should be made to develop corrosion inhibitors for acidification with temperature resistance above 180°C and high temperature fracturing fluid systems with temperature resistance above 200°C.
