摘要
教学是大学教师学术工作的重要组成部分,是一种独特的学术类型。现有研究关于大学教师教学学术的现状缺少实证调查,对国内一流大学教师的教学学术研究则具有典型性价值。通过理论分析、专家咨询和小范围试测,本研究编制了包括教学态度、教学理论、技能方法、教学交流、制度促进等五个维度在内的"教师教学学术水平调查问卷",并在北京大学在职教师群体中开展随机抽样调查,对六个人口学变量进行了差异性分析。研究发现:北京大学教师的教学学术水平总体情况较好,但管理制度的不完善却成为制约教师教学学术发展的主要因素;教师的学科专业未导致其教学学术水平的显著差异,因而教学学术很可能成为打破学科壁垒、促进跨学科交流的新平台。
Teaching, as an important part of academic activities of university teachers, is a special scholarship. A study on the scholarship of teaching(SoT) at first-class universities in China is of typical value. The project team, through theoretical analysis, expert consultation and small-scale testing, develops a questionnaire for SoT encompassing five dimensions, i.e. teaching attitude, teaching theory, teaching skill, teaching communication and institutional promotion, and conducts a random survey at Peking University. Key findings are summarized as follows: Although teachers at Peking University exhibit a relatively high level of SoT, the imperfect governance system of the university has hindered its improvement. As major and discipline don/t have obvious effects on SoT, SoT is likely to be an ideal platform to break academic tribes and facilitate interdisciplinary communication.
