摘要
中外合作办学已成为我国教育事业的一个组成部分。随着对外开放领域的不断扩大以及教育改革的不断深入,中外合作办学发展十分迅速,如何对其进行规范引导是中外合作办学能否健康发展的关键。本文通过对中外合作办学政策的形成背景、发展阶段的考察,对其进行了分析并指出了存在的一些问题,以期对中外合作办学政策的完善有所裨益。
Sino-foreign cooperative education has become a part of educational enterprises in China. With the opening and reforming of Chinese education, sino-foreign cooperative education develops quickly. However, specific policies should be established to lead the cooperative education to a healthy and continuous path. Based on an analysis of the background and history of Chinese policy in sino-foreign cooperative education, some problems existed will be discussed in this paper.
