摘要
血管内皮细胞的损伤,会影响血管正常的功能运转,引发高血压、血栓等心血管疾病。大豆异黄酮(soy isoflavones)是一种植物雌性激素,主要存在于豆类植物中,其抗氧化作用可以修复内皮细胞的损伤,对心血管有显著的保护作用。大豆异黄酮对损伤内皮细胞的保护体现在清除自由基、干扰信号通路和影响基因的表达等多个方面。现对大豆异黄酮对损伤血管的保护作用及途径进行了综述,为开发新型内皮细胞保护药物及其临床研究提供理论依据。
Soybean isoflavones is a kind of estrogen, mainly exists in legumes. Recently studies have shown that it has many bi- ological activities and pharmcological properties, such as antioxidant, anti-cancer, preventing osteoporosis, menopausal syn- drome and cardiovascular protection, and so on. The injury of endothelial cells may lead to cell damage defense system,reduce the ability of scavenging oxygen free radicals and decrease the enzyme activity. Soybean isoflavone has the ability of anti peroxi- dation and repair the injury of endothelial cells. In this paper, the protection and mechanism of soy isoflavones on injured endo- thelial cell was summarized, and provided more material basis for the development of new endothelial cell protection drugs and clinical research.
