摘要
教学理论与教学实践脱离之根本在于教学理论工作者与教学实践工作者之间的隔阂。破解教学理论与教学实践的"两张皮"难题,需要教学理论工作者与教学实践工作者的团结协作。站在教学论学科立场上看,教学理论必须从关注教学实践走向介入教学实践。教学理论要介入教学实践的根本原因在于教学论学科所具有的双重性格,即教学论既具有理论性,又具有实践性。教学理论介入教学实践有四种基本的方式与途径:一是教学理论工作者将教学理论带入教学实践;二是教学实践工作者到教学理论工作者那里"取经";三是在区域性的教育实验中教学理论工作者与教学实践工作者的合作;四是国家宏观教育改革过程中教学理论工作者与教学实践工作者的合作。教学理论介入教学实践的价值在于发展教学理论,有效推进教学实践。
The separation of teaching theory and teaching practice is rooted in the contradiction between the teaching theorists and teaching practitioners. Therefore, to solve the problem, teaching theorists and teaching practitioners must work collaboratively. From the perspective of the discipline of teaching theory, teaching theory must change from the focus on teaching practice to the intervention in teaching practice. The reason why teaching theory must intervene in teaching practice is that the discipline of teaching theory has the dual character, i.e. teaching theory is both theoretical and practical. Teaching theory intervenes in teaching practice through the following four channels: teaching theorists introduce theories into the teaching practice; teaching practitionSrs learn theories from the teaching theorists; teaching theorists work together with teaching practitioners in the regional' experiments; teaching theorists cooperate with teaching practitioners in the macro national educational reform. The value of teaching theory' s intervention in teaching practice lies in developing the teaching theory and promoting the teaching practice effectively.
