摘要
高校思想政治教育存在两张皮现象,从系统角度看,其本质上是自组织。文章运用协同学理论,对高校思想政治教育进行协同审视,认为高校思想政治教育有序及稳定发展的动力是各组成要素之间及环境协同作用,主要包括高校思想政治教育环境、途径、队伍、内容的协同。
The ＂Ideological and Political Education＂ in university is a double-skin phe- nomenon. In terms of system, its nature is organization. With collaborative model theory, it is ar- gued that the drive of this education and all elements is collaborative, including the cooperation of the teaching environment, approach, staff, and content.
