摘要
企业的网络能力包括合约监控能力、关系管理能力以及合作战略导向三个子维度,它们对企业成长绩效具有显著的正向影响;企业组织学习的两种方式——利用性学习和探索性学习,对企业成长绩效也具有显著的正向影响;同时,企业的合约监控能力显著地正向影响利用性学习,并通过后者作用于企业的成长绩效。企业的关系管理能力显著地正向影响探索性学习,并通过后者的中介作用间接影响成长绩效。合作战略导向对利用性学习、探索性学习都具有显著的正向影响,并通过两者的中介作用间接影响成长绩效。最后,企业的探索性学习战略显著地影响利用性学习战略,并通过后者对成长绩效也具有间接的正向影响。
Based on survey data from 227 firms, this paper empirically makes an analysis the re- lationship between network capabilities, organizational learning style and growth performance of firm. The Research result shows that contract monitoring capability, relational management and co- operation orientation are positively related to firm growth performance. Secondly, the organization- al learning (exploitative learning and exploitative learning) are both positively related to firm growth performance. Thirdly, contract monitoring is positively related to exploitative learning, and has effect on firm growth performance indirectly through exploitative learning. Relational manage- ment is positively related to explorative learning, and has effect on growth performance indirectly through explorative learning. Cooperation orientation is positively related to exploitative learning and explorative learning and has an indirect effect to firm growth performance through exploitative learning and explorative learning. Finally, explorative learning is positively related to exploitative learning.
