摘要
本研究以321家高技术企业为研究对象,深入分析市场导向与企业技术创新的关系,并从学习过程视角进一步研究企业组织学习对市场导向和技术创新关系的中介作用。研究表明:通过搜集顾客、竞争者和不同部门间协调等方面的信息,实现在组织内部进行获取、整合和创造的一系列学习过程,最终影响企业技术创新。组织学习在市场导向对技术创新的影响中起到中介作用。
Based on 321 high-tech enterprises, to make analysis of the relationship between market-orientation and technological Innovation in enterprise. Further, this paper studies the mediating role of organizational learning between market-orientation andtechnological innovation from the angle of learning process. The findings are: the information collected from customers, competitors and different department coordination is happening the process of obtaining, integrating and creating in internal organization, finally affectingtechnological innovation in enterprise. Organizational learning plays intermediary role in the process of market orientation effect on technoloa4cal innovation.
