摘要
优化加工程序可有效地提高数控加工效率。通过一个铣削加工零件走刀路线设计方案的比较分析,得出最优的方案,探讨了缩短零件切削加工走刀路线,优化加工程序的方法。经实际加工证明,程序优化后,极大地缩短了零件加工时间,降低了加工成本。
The optimization of machining program can effectively improve the efficiency of CNC machining. The optimal scheme is obtained and methods of how to shorten the tool route and optimize CNC machining programs are discussed through comparative analysis of a typical milling parts' CNC machining tool route design schemes. It is proved by the actual machining that the parts machining time has been shortened and the machining costs has been reduced greatly through the optimized program.
