摘要
针对数控加工中的空程走刀问题,提出应用宏程序中的条件转移命令来改变进给速度或刀路走向,从而减少加工空程的走刀方法。该方法以最短加工路径为目标,使加工效率得到提高。
To reduce empty run in CNC turning, methods using conditional branches commands to change the feed rate or the tool path were put forward. With the shortest processing path as object, machining efficiency is enhanced by the methods.
