摘要
针对塑料模嵌件结构及加工难点,研究基于Unigraphics软件的塑料模嵌件数控加工技术,通过工艺设计与参数设置等步骤,生成刀具轨迹,并进行模拟仿真加工,同时与实际加工进行对比。结果表明,基于Unigraphics的塑料模嵌件数控加工,效率高,尺寸精度易于控制,具有参考与实用价值。
In view of the structure of plastic mold insert and processing difficulty, the numerical control processing technology of plastic mold insert based on Unigraphics software was studied. The tool path was generated through process design and parameter setting, and the comparison between simulation processing and actual processing was carried out. The results show that the numerical control processing of plastic mold insert based on Unigraphics has the advantages of high efficiency and easy control of dimensional accuracy, which can provide a reference and practical value.
