摘要
文章依据模糊数学的有关理论 ,针对汽车常见的异响故障 ,建立了相关的模糊数学模型 ,给出了异响诊断的模糊关系矩阵 ,提出了诊断系统的基本方案及技术路线 ,并以 EQ10 90汽车变速箱为例进行了分析 ,测试结果表明此法是可行的。
This paper deals with abnormal noise failures for domestic automobiles by means of fuzzy mathematics. Some fuzzy mathematic models are set up, a fuzzy matrix for a diagnostic system of abnormal noise failure is given, and a scheme of diagnostic system is put forward. Then abnormal noise failures in an EQ1090 auto's transmission were diagnosed as an example. The results show that the diagnostic method is feasible.
