摘要
铁谱技术和振动监测技术是2种十分有效的故障诊断技术,但它们各有优缺点。利用模糊数学中的综合理论将2种技术结合起来,建立了提升机滚动轴承的铁谱-振动模糊综合诊断系统,并通过简单的生产实验,验证了铁谱-振动综合诊断系统的准确性。
Ferrographic technique and vibration monitoring technique are two kinds of very effectual fault diagnosis technique, but they both have their advantages and defects. Combined two technique by using the synthetic diagnosis theory of fuzzy mathematics, established ferrographic - vibration fuzzy synthetic diagnosis system. By an experiment in laboratory and actual practice in a factory, proved that this system is better than ferrographic technique or vibration monitoring respectively.
