摘要
阐述了对一辆MPV空载急加速时的问题发现、分析与解决过程,并叙述了一般柔性节异响的问题解决思路。该车在全油门急加速并超过3500r/min时,产生啸叫声。经过问题重现并与同功能消声器对比,发现了问题产生的根源。对柔性节进行设计更改,并进行主观评价和实验验证,最终选取了一种性价比高、对刚度影响较小的改进方案,解决了加速异响,使整车的NVH得到了进一步提升。
This paper gives one method for solving the problem of the abnormal sound of the PIPE ASM-EXH FLEX,when the vehicle speeds up sharply.This vehicle made abnormal noise when it speeded up rapidly over3500 rpm.Through the issue reappeared and the comparison of the same kind of muffler,we discover the root of this problem.Change the design of the PIPE ASM-EXH FLEX,do the text and subjective estimate,at last select one improved method,which has the high cost performance and little influence about the rigidity.This method solves the problem of the abnormal noise when speeds up,and improve the NVH performance of the vehicle.
