有关子宫内膜癌规范化病理报告的探讨 被引量：6

摘要 子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道常见的恶性肿瘤,也是妇科病理学中进展最快的领域之一,但国内对其报告方式很少关注,存在报告格式与内容各异、诊断标准与术语不统一、过于简单甚至缺少重要内容等问题.规范化或结构性病理报告在美、英等国已应用多年,旨在运用国际通用的诊断标准,用简洁的词汇反映病理学的进展,除确定肿瘤性质、组织类型与分化外,还尽可能多地提供与分期和治疗方案相关的信息,并有利于病理质量控制、相互交流与信息管理.新近,国际癌症报告联合会（ICCR）推荐了子宫内膜癌规范化报告方式[1],我们对此进行介绍,并结合自己的经验提出具体的子宫内膜癌（手术标本）规范化病理报告模板,供大家参考.
