摘要
通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法对湖北省各地区幼儿园体育教师发展现状进行调查,发现湖北省各地区幼儿园体育师资配备率整体偏低、城乡之间配备不均衡。湖北省高校培养的学前教育方向体育教师缺乏、幼儿园主管部门对"幼儿园体育"存在误区、教育部门对幼儿园支持力度不够等是这一现象出现的主要原因。研究针对上述现状和制约因素,提出相应对策,旨为湖北省幼儿园体育师资建设和发展提供帮助。

The direction of the college sports training preschool teachers lack the kindergarten department in charge of ＂Kindergarten sports＂ there are errors, the education sector is not enough support for kindergartens and so is the main reason for this phenomena. Research for the above situation and constraints, propose appropriate measures aimed Hubei Province construction and development of physical education teachers in the kindergarten to help.
