摘要 目的:通过对脑白质疏松症(LA)患者情绪识别能力的测验,探讨LA患者是否存在情绪认知功能的损害。方法:选取IA72例(LA组),根据IA的程度不同分为LA1~3级组;同期体检健康者68名(HC组)。应用眼区情绪识别测验,对研究对象的情绪识别能力进行神经心理学测试,观察其对喜、惊、恐、悲、厌、怒6种基本情绪的识别得分。结果:与HC组比较,LA组6种情绪识别得分与HC组差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05~P〈0.01),LA3级组在恐、悲、厌、怒情绪识别得分均低于LA1级组和LA2级组(P〈0.05~P〈0.01)。结论:LA患者存在情绪认知功能损害;LA程度越重,情绪识别能力损害越明显。 Objective: To explore the emotional cognitive impairment of patients with leukoaraiosis (LA) by testing their emotion recognition abilities. Methods:Seventy-two patients with LA and 68 healthy people were divided into LA and Heathy control group, respectively. LA group were subdivided into grade 1,2 and 3 LA group according to LA degree. Emotion recognition abilities of two groups were measured with eye emotion recognition including six basic emotions such as happy, surprise, fear, sad, disgust and anger. Results:The differeces of recognition scores of six basic emotios in two groups had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ). The scores of fear, sad, disgust and anger in grade 3 LA group were lower than those in grade 1 and 2 LA group ( P 〈 0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions:There is emotional cognitive impairment in LA patients, which is more obvious with the LA degree aggravating.
