摘要 以某型号装载机双泵合流液压系统中的卸荷阀为研究对象,首先应用三维建模软件CREO对该阀流道进行实体建模与造型,然后利用流体力学软件CFD对卸荷阀内部流体流动特性进行数值仿真,从而获得该卸荷阀在主阀全开时内部流体的流动特性及主阀半锥角大小与其卸荷压力损失的关系。分析结果表明:该卸荷阀卸荷压力损失较小,当开口度相同时,随着主阀芯半锥角的增大,阀的进出口压差减小,最大流速也减小。研究为该型卸荷阀的优化提供有效的数据,对同类型产品的相关研究具有一定的参考价值。 The unloading valve in the loader hydraulic system with a certain type double pump is taken for the research object.First,the three-dimensional modeling software Creo is used to build the three-dimensional inner flow field model of the unloading valve.Then,the software of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is adopted to simulate the flow field in hydraulic unloading valve.The internal fluid flow characteristics of the unloading valve are analyzed under the condition of the main valve is fully opened.The effect of the half cone angle of the main valve is researched to pressure loss of unloading.The results show that:there is less pressure loss of this unloading valve,and under the same condition,when the half cone angle of main valve increases,the differential pressure of the valve and the maximum velocity is decreases.It provides an effective data for the optimization design of this unloading valve and something referential value to the research of the relevant product.
