摘要
采用中西医结合疗法治疗胆汁返流性胃炎 45例 ,与单用西药治疗 42例作对照。结果 :治疗组治愈 2 0例 ,显效 14例 ,有效 9例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 95 .6 % ;对照组治愈 4例 ,显效 12例 ,有效 9例 ,无效 17例 ,总有效率为 5 9.5 %。两组总有效率间差异显著 (χ2 =13.6 ,P<0 .0 1)
cases of bile regurgitational gastritis were treated with Combined TCM and WM,and 42 cases treated with WM were set up as the control group.Result:In the treatment group 20 cases were cured,14 cases remarkedly effective,9 effective and 2 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 95.6%.In the control group 4 cases were cured,12 were remarkedly effective,9 effective and 17 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 59.5%.The difference between the total effective rate of two groups was significant(χ 2=13 6,P<0 01)
