摘要
目的 探讨胃力胶囊联合艾司奥美拉唑镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 收集2020年4月-2020年12月洛阳市中医院门诊收治的92例胆汁反流性胃炎患者,所有患者按照随机分组法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各46例。对照组口服艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片,20 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上饭前口服胃力胶囊,4粒/次,1次/d。两组观察连续用药7 d。观察两组的临床疗效及症状缓解情况,比较两组内镜分级积分、胃动素(MTL)、胃蛋白酶原I(PGI)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGII)。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率是97.82%,显著高于对照组的80.43%(P<0.05)。治疗组出现上腹烧灼感、胸骨后痛、腹部饱胀、胆汁性呕吐缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组内镜分级积分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗后,治疗组内镜分级积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清MTL显著升高,而PGI、GAS、PGII水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组血清因子水平改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片与胃力胶囊联合治疗效果显著,能改善患者内镜下的积分情况,有效促进胃部动力的恢复,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To investigate Weili Capsules combined with esomeprazole magnesium in treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods A total of 92 patients with bile reflux gastritis admitted to the outpatient department of Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to December 2020 were collected. All patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets, 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Weili Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, once daily. The two groups were treated for 7 d. The clinical efficacy and symptom relief time of the two groups were observed, and the endoscopic grading score, MTL, pepsinogen I(PGI), gastrin(GAS), and pepsinogen II(PGII) of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 97.82%, significantly higher than that of control group 80.43%(P < 0.05). The relief time of epigastric burning, retrosternal pain, abdominal fullness, and bile vomiting in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the endoscopic grading score in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05). After treatment, the endoscopic grading score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, serum MTL was significantly increased, while the levels of PGI, GAS,and PGII were significantly decreased in both groups compared with before treatment(P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of serum factors in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).
