摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取2013年6月-2014年7月我院收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者共118例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组以及对照组各59例。其中对照组患者均给予单独西医治疗,观察组患者均给予中西医结合治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果,统计两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分的变化。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.9%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为86.4%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎患者有着良好的临床效果,能够显著改善患者临床症状,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore efficacy of the integrative medicine on BRG. Methods: According to the digital table method, 118 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 59 cases in each group. The control group was given the western medicine; the observation group was treated in the integrative medicine. The efficacy and changes of clinical symptoms were observed.Results: The efficiency was 94.9% in the observation group, and 86.4% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrative medicine on BRG shows a good clinical effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
