摘要
网络分析法ANP在层次分析法AHP的基础上考虑了同层次元素间的影响和下层次对上层次的反馈作用,已经得到广泛应用。网络分析法中的标度是将人的定性判断转化为定量分析的一种数量指标。如何对事物间两两比较的重要性程度进行定量描述是标度运用的关键。对几种主要标度的一致性检验和顺序一致性进行分析研究,并通过SD软件演算在不同标度下的决策问题。由于数量化的结果是决策的基础和依据,因此选择适当的标度是ANP方法的应用关键。
Analytic network process, which considers the influence between the elements in the same level and feedback effects of the lower to the upper on the basis of analytic hierarchy process, has been widely used. The scale used in analytic network process is a quantity index, which changes the qualitative judgment into quantitative analysis. How to measure the importance on the pair-wise comparison of alternatives reasonably is the key to scale. This paper analyzes the consistency check and sequential consistency of sev eral main scales and calculates a decision problem under different scale through the super decisions software. Because the quantifica- tion of the results is the base of the decision and the basis, so the choice of appropriate scale is the key for application of analytic net- work process.
