摘要
采用热重法研究γ-TiAl基合金在700℃、800℃、900℃和1000℃的静态空气中的等温氧化动力学..使用金相光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了氧化层的形貌和组织结构。采用x射线衍射仪测定了氧化层的相结构。研究结果表明,在700℃恒温氧化时,γ-TiAl基合金未发生氧化,而在800~1000℃氧化产物为TiO2与Al2O3,且存在分层现象。随着氧化温度的升高及氧化时间的延长,γ-TiAl基合金的氧化皮出现剥落现象,氧化增重逐渐明显。
The isothermal oxidation kinetics of γ-TiAl-base alloy in static air at 700 ℃, 800 ℃, 900 ℃ and 1000 ℃ has been investigated using a thermal-gravimetric method. The morphology and mierostructures of oxide layer were examined with the use of OM and SEM. The phase structure of oxide layer were determined by XRD. The results show that oxidation of the 7-TiAl-base alloy does not take place during eonstant-temperature oxidizing at 700 ℃, and product of oxidizing at 800 - 1000 ℃ consists of TiO2 and Al2O3, and offers stratification. Furthermore, wilh the raise of oxidizin oxidation weight growth of the g temperature and the prolongation γ-TiAl-base alloy will be observed of oxidizing time the oxide scale spalling and become increasingly significant.
