摘要
研究了Nb、Mo、V三种元素的不同含量对Ti_3Al合金700℃、空气气氛下抗氧化规律的影响。通过实验发现Ti_3Al基合金在700℃空气中会迅速氧化,表层的氧化物缺乏保护性,基体表面约20μm厚受到氧的污染。Nb的过量加入(>11at-%)将导致抗氧化性能降低;Mo与V的加入会使Ti-Al-Nb系Ti_3Al基合金的抗氧化性能明显降低。
In this paper,effect of Nb,Mo,V contents on oxidation properties(700℃,in air)of Ti3Al based al-loys has been studied.It has been shown that the alloys would oxidize rapidly as exposed at 700℃ in theair,After oxidation exposure,about 20μm thick alloy surface layer has been found with dlssolved oxida-tion,in account of the poor protection of the oxide scale,An excessive addition of Nb will decrease the oxi-dation resistance,while dominant reduction of oxidation resistance of Ti3Al-Nb system alloy will be re-sulted by the addition of Mo and V.
