摘要
高纯水在诸如精细化工产品生产工艺中是要求在一定的温度压力下的批量流量精确定量注入间歇式反应釜。通过对输水泵、流量计、调节阀及控制设备等的参数计算及选型合理性分析,选用科氏力质量流量计实现高纯水瞬时流量精确检测。选用西门子S7-200 PLC作为控制设备,构成单回路定值流量控制系统,控制调节阀开度,稳定输水流量。采用嵌入式触摸屏,实现高纯水批量流量计量的在线监控。现场使用经参数优化整定,达到了工艺要求,保证了产品质量。
High pure water in such as the production of fine chemical products in the process of mass flow is accurate in certain pressure and temperature with the batch reactor. The parameters of the water pump, flowmeter, control valve and control equipment for the calculation and selection of rational analysis, selection of Coriolis mass flowmeter has high water flow detection. Selection of Siemens $7-200 PLC as control devices, to form a single loop constant flow control system, control valve opening, stable water flow. Using the embedded touch screen, realizes the on-line monitoring of high purity water mass flow measurement. The scene using the parameter optimization and tuning, reach the process requirements, to ensure product quality.
