摘要
以具有典型的非线性及时滞性的双容水箱为被控对象,采用西门子200系列PLC作为控制器,组成串级控制系统.通过组态软件进行仿真,选择并采用不同PID参数及策略进行性能比较,选定最优控制算法,最终实现了双容水箱液位的高精度控制和实时显示.
In modern industry,agriculture,defense,science and technology and other fields,level control is very important. In the article,double water tank,which has nonlinear and delay characteristic,is selected the controlled object. The SIEMENS 200 PLC is adopted as controller of control system,and then cascade control system is designed. We compare different PID parameters by King view software,then an improved optimal control algorithm is realized. It realizes high-precision control and real-time display of double water tank.
