摘要
针对ZKJV型电动调节阀只有两点状态(全开、全关)反馈,给调试和操作带来不便,在分析电动阀控制原理的基础上,提出一种计算电动阀开度的算法,同时从控制系统角度找到了阀门理论开度与实际开度的偏差和阀门滞后时间之间的数学关系,并在实验中得到验证。该算法已经在工程项目中得到应用。
As there is continuous position of the ZKJV electronic valve to feed back, it brings a lot of inconvenience to debugging and operation. This text proposes an algorithm for calculating the opening degree of the electronic valve, which imitates the function block FB42 of PID in STEP7. Through debugging and using, the validity and practicability of this algorithm have been proved.
