摘要
提出一种将多晶硅还原炉高温冷却水用于溴化锂机组驱动热源的余热回收利用方案,能够有效的将冷却水余热进行利用,可适当降低多晶硅生产成本。
A high -temperature polysilieon reduction furnace cooling water heat source for lithium bromide units driven heat recovery solution that can effectively use the waste heat to the cooling water may be appropriate to reduce the cost of polysilieon production.
