摘要
井下救援密封舱是煤矿安全生产的保障,是危机时刻矿工的最后一道生命线。随着煤矿开拓推进,密封舱会受到掘进机扰动而发生围岩压力变化,影响了密封舱的稳定性。文章基于以上问题建立了密封舱压力场分布模型和压力控制模型。根据模型制定了密封舱周围开拓扰动影响的控制策略,利用计算机仿真技术验证了模型和控制策略的有效性。此研究为井下救援密封舱及巷道布置研究提供了科学依据。
The mine rescue capsule is to ensure the mine safety production, is the last lifeline crisis miner. With the exploitation of coal mine development, the capsule will be disturbed by the boring machine and the surrounding rock pressure will change, the stability of the sealed cabin is affected. Based on the above problems, the chamber pressure field distribution model and the control model of pressure are established. According to the model,f the control strategy of the disturbance around the cabin is developed, verify the validity are verified by the model and the control strategy are verified by using computer simulation technology. This study provides scientific basis for the mine rescue capsule and roadway layout.
