摘要 针对现有的煤矿通信系统相对独立,自成体系,又缺乏统一的调度指挥等问题,提出了一套集煤矿有线、无线相结合的应急通信保障系统。其软件集成平台能够与矿井人员定位系统无缝链接,并且基于VOIP技术研发了多款与不同通信系统互联的语音网关产品以及数字型全双工扩音电话,能够实现矿井通信全覆盖,发生灾难紧急情况具有一键通功能,1 min之内可快速通知井下所有矿工安全撤离。该系统经煤矿井下实际测试表明,系统在应急通信中具有安全可靠的功能,满足了设计要求。 Aiming at the problems such as coal mine communication system lacking of coordination, relatively independent and do not have an unified dispatching command in case of emergency, the idea of setting up one emergency communication support system is proposed which covering coal mine by the combination of wired and wireless system. The software integration platform and the mine personnel positioning system are seamlessly linked. Based on VOIP, a variety of internet voice gateway products of different communication systems and digital full duplex speaker phone technology are developed. The communication system can achieve full coverage of mine, when an emergency happened it also can rapidly notice all underground miners in one minute with the one key function. The actual coal mine tests show that the function of this system is excellent in the emergency communication.
