摘要
太原某圆形隧道采用盾构法施工。为了研究盾构管片环宽对巷道稳定性的影响,以该隧道下穿河道段作为研究对象,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,在只改变管片环宽的条件下,分析相应的圆形隧道剖面应力分布情况以及盾构施工地表沉降特征。结果表明:在考虑保证良好支护效果的前提下,选择管片环宽为1 200 mm,以控制工程造价及减少资源浪费,对后续相似隧道盾构施工具有参考意义。
The shield method is used in a circular tunnel in Taiyuan. In order to study the influence of shield segment ring width on the tunnel stability, the tunnel under the river section was treated as the research object. FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to analyze the corresponding circular roadway section stress distribution and surface subsidence of shield construction in the condition of only changing the segment ring width. The results showed:under the premise of ensuring good supporting effect,the segment ring width 1 200 mm should be selected to control the project cost and reduce the waste of resources. And it has reference value to the similar tunnel shield construction.
