摘要
随着新兴技术作为教学、学习工具融入教育,教师对技术的应用能力成为人们关注的焦点。为了帮助高校新入职教师快速适应信息技术教学环境的要求,该研究提出了基于TPACK理论框架的岗前培训模式。该模式以面向技术应用为培训理念,构建理论实践一体化的培训内容体系,组建多专业背景的培训教师团队,采用以"设计学习"为主的培训教学策略,实施分阶段的培训方案。经实践,该模式培训效果良好,有助于高校新入职教师角色的顺利转换。
With the permeation of emerging technologies in the area of education, teachers' ability of technology application becomes a main focus in the society. In order to help new university teachers rapidly adapt to the teaching environment of information technology, this thesis put forward a pre-job training mode from the perspective of TPACK. Based on the conception of technology application and the integration of theory and practice, this mode aims at constructing a training team with teachers of various backgrounds. The mode adopts the teaching strategy of project learning, and grading training program. Practices have shown that this training mode worked effectively in the role transitions of new university teachers.
