摘要
针对飞机资源短缺、机场临时关闭导致的不正常航班情况,同时考虑航班取消、航班延误及摆渡飞机等不正常航班调度策略,综合分析了原航班时间计划表、造成不正常航班的原因、可用飞机位置及航班取消、航班延迟和摆渡飞机的成本等不正常航班调度策略的影响因素,设计了新的离散时空网络算法,给出了算法步骤,并基于此网络构建了不正常航班调度模型。最后以一个中等规模航空公司的航班计划实例验证了算法和模型的可行性与有效性。
Eljght cancellations, flight delays and ferrying plane are synthetically considered in the schedule recovery of the irregular flight caused by the shortage of aircraft resources and the closure of airports in this paper. The original flight schedule, the reason for irregular flight, the position of available plane, and the costs of flight cancellation, flight delay and ferrying plane are comprehensively analyzed. A new time-band algorithm is proposed based on the above analysis, and the algorithm solution steps are specified. The new irregular flight scheduling model is presented based on the above time-band network. Finally, an example of a medium scale airlines flight plan is given to demonstrate the validity and the feasibility of the scheduling model and algorithm.
