摘要
通识教育是通过统整的知识培养健全人格,以促进人的全面发展。基于通识教育及健全人格的涵义,分析了当前高校通识教育及健全人格培养存在:理解不深入、实施有偏差、参考资料偏少、系统研究不多等问题,并提出通过改革课程体系、创新教学方法、加强师资和校园文化建设、构建科学的评价制度实施健全人格培养的策略。
The objective of general education is to promote all-round personal development by integrating various branches of knowledge into healthy personality cultivation. This paper reviewed such problems as inaccurate perception, deficient input and inadequate literature and research on general education and healthy personality cultivation. It, thus, proposed that sound personality can be cultivated through renovating course system, innovating teaching methods, consolidating faculty teams and campus culture and establishing a scientific evaluation mechanism.
