摘要
目的探讨低剂量MSCT(Low-dose MSCT)在涂阴活动性肺结核诊断及活动性判定中的临床应用价值。方法选择我院2012年2月~12月收治的涂阴活动性肺结核患者80例,先行常规剂量(120kV,200mAs)MSCT扫描,组成对照组;征得患者同意后间隔0.5~48h行低剂量(120kV,50mAs)MSCT扫描,组成观察组,对比分析两种扫描方法各种活动性肺结核CT征象的检出率及扫描剂量等相关资料,比较其有无显著差异。结果采用常规剂量和低剂量MSCT扫描对涂阴活动性肺结核CT征象检出率差异无统计学意义(P〉O.05),低剂量扫描辐射剂量只是常规剂量1/4。结论低剂量MSCT在涂阴活动性肺结核诊断及活动性判定中有重要临床价值,可应用于临床。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of low-dose MSCT in the diagnosis of smear-negative pulmonary tu- berculosis and activity judgment. Methods We selected 80 patients with smear-negative active pulmonary tuberculosis de- tected by conventional dose (200 mAs) and low-dose (50 mAs, the other parameters were same as the conventional dose) MSCT from February 2012 to December 2012. The two scan interval time was 0.5~48 h, and the image data informations of two scans were divided into control group and observation group. We analyzed the informations including images that reflected smear-negative active tuberculosis CT signs and radiation dosage and compared the presence of significant differ- ences. Results There was no difference between low-dose and conventional dose MSCT in CT manifestations in active pul- monary tuberculosis,and radiation dosage of the latter scan descended obviously. Conclusion There was enormous clinical value of Low-dose MSCT in the diagnosis of smear-negative pulmonary tuberculosis and activity judgment, and it should be used in clinic.
