摘要
在注重人的个性全面发展的今天,接受闲暇教育已逐渐成为一种新的教育理念。闲暇教育有助于教师全面活动价值观的形成、个体人格的完善、专业自主发展与社会和谐以及生活质量的提升。基于此,加强引导,帮助教师树立正确的闲暇价值观;广泛宣传,营造良好的闲暇教育氛围;因人制宜,开展多种类型的闲暇活动是当今教师闲暇教育的最佳路径选择。
Nowadays, receiving leisure education has become a new education idea ; especially with background of individu- al comprehensive development. Leisure education is helpful to the formation of university teachers＇ personal value in all- round way. It is not only the requirement of teachers＇ personality improvement and professional independent development, but also the requirement of teachers＇ living standard rising. To enhance the leisure education to university teachers, a good environment should be created to help teachers establish proper leisure value and promote various leisure activities.
