摘要
镁热还原法生产海绵钛过程中,还原及蒸馏反应炉均需消耗通过加热来控制其反应过程。目前国内炉衬均由耐火砖和保温材料组成,每吨钛耗电在6 800 kWh/t,与国外相比,热损大、电耗高。本文就如何改进还原炉和蒸馏炉的结构及其温度控制,提高热效率进行研究,实现了降低热损失,延长炉寿命的目的。
In the process of titanium sponge production by magnesiothermic reduction method, both the reduction and distillation reacting furnace consume heat to control their reaction process. At present, the domestic furnace lining are all composited by refractory bricks and thermal insulation materials, the electric energy consumption for each ton of titanium sponge is 6 800 kWh/t, compared with foreign countries, the heat loss is large, and the power consumption is high. How to improve the structure and temperature control of reduction fur- nace and distillation furnace, how to improve their thermal efficiency, reduce the heat loss and prolong the lifetime of the furnace are dis- cussed in this paper.
