摘要
在炼钢过程中采用活性石灰比土灰效果好得多。采用活性石灰炼钢可以提高化渣速度,缩短冶炼时间,提高热效率,提高钢水收得率,降低钢铁料消耗,提高脱磷、脱硫效果,及减少对炉衬的侵蚀,提高炉体寿命。
The application of active lime in steelmaking is better than ashes, which can increase the slagging speed, shorten the steelmaking time, increase thermal efficiency and recovery percentage, reduce the consumption of steel material, improve the effect of dephosphorization and desulphitation, eliminate the eroding to the liner of furnaces and prolong the life time of furnaces.
